Strategy

With the strategic insight that there is a 50 percent increase in the number of vasectomies scheduled in the days leading to the NCAA tournament. We set out to create a campaign to build awareness that you can now conveniently have Bud Light delivered to your door while nursing yourself back to health. And Ice Your Buds was born or not born.

The rise of grocery delivery crossed with the ability to have beer delivered gave us a rare opportunity to bring attention to this message.

Goal

Ice Your Buds

During March Madness, there are a bunch of men laying on their couches all weekend, who could really use some ice — and yes, some ice-cold beer, too. The plan was to sahre this funny fact, and once we captured people’s attention, use it to our advantage. The goal was to generate awareness around beer delivery and ultimately increase sales.
